航海用天体観測儀を模したデザインのペンダントです。
平面型の天体観測儀（アストロラーべ）が船乗りの長年の経験を元に
改良を加えられ、航海に最適化されたモデルです。
16世紀半ば頃に、ポルトガルで製造されていました。
※アストロラーべとしての実用は出来ません。

A pendant designed in the style of a nautical astronomical instrument. The flat astrolabe was refined through sailors’ long years of experience into a model optimized for navigation. Such instruments were produced in Portugal around the mid-16th century.

Please note: This piece is not functional as an astrolabe.
